Association Minutes

Pine Tree Ranch West Homeowners are entitled to “a copy of the audio recording, the minutes or a summary of the minutes… in electronic format at no charge to the unit’s owner or, if the association is unable to provide the copy or summary in electronic format, in paper format …” at costs specified in NRS 116.31083.7.  

A copy of the minutes from any board or annual meeting can be requested from The Management Trust, 9437 Double Diamond Pkwy, Suite 17, Reno, NV 89521  

The association minutes are also on The Management Trust Portal website for registered homeowners at https://my.managementtrust.com.
