The Pine Tree Ranch Homeowners Association is located in "South Suburban Reno" area, which is just outside the city limits bordered by Whites Creek on the north, Steamboat Ditch on the southwest and Wedge Parkway on the east.  The subdivision was incorporated in 1994 and consists of 100 single family homes.

The 2026 Board of Directors are: President - Christopher Nation; Treasurer - Kathie Malzahn-Bass; and Secretary - Kirsten Walter. All the Directors serve a term of one year.  The board meets quarterly with the annual association meeting (and elections) in October.
